Over 319 Kilograms of Cocaine Eradicated

A grand total of 280 bricks of cocaine, weighing an impressive 319.745 kilograms, were officially destroyed. This significant haul originated from two major interdictions: 47 bricks were intercepted in Gaya, located within the Dosso region, on September 29, 2025, while a larger consignment of 233 bricks was seized in Zinder on May 19, 2026.

Prior to the incineration process, agents from the Directorate of Technical and Scientific Police (DPTS) conducted thorough analyses of samples from the substance. These tests definitively confirmed the presence of cocaine in its hydrochloride (HCL) form.
