Ivorian delegation meets Rwanda’s Paul Kagame to strengthen sports ties
Kigali, Rwanda — A high-level Ivorian delegation, led by Minister of State Kobenan Kouassi Adjoumani and accompanied by Sports Minister Metch Adje Silas, held a significant meeting with Rwandan President Paul Kagame in the capital on May 22. The encounter took place during the inaugural Basketball Africa League (BAL) Investor Day, where Minister Adjoumani represented President Alassane Ouattara of Côte d’Ivoire.
The gathering underscored the deepening bonds between Abidjan and Kigali, with both leaders reaffirming their shared vision for the continent’s future.
