The Gunners confirmed the permanent transfer agreement, stating Trossard (31) was permitted to travel to Istanbul for medical examinations and finalize the administrative steps required for his relocation to Turkey. Besiktas took to social media to showcase their new acquisition, sharing a photo of Trossard in his club’s iconic black-and-white jersey alongside club president Serdal Adali.
Trossard’s journey with the Belgian national team reached the World Cup quarter-finals last year, where he found the net twice during the tournament, adding to his reputation as a reliable attacking asset.
