Moroccan king appoints new judicial council members in latest reshuffle
The Kingdom of Morocco has entered a new phase in its judicial governance with the appointment of key figures to the Supreme Council of the Judiciary.
His Majesty the King has reappointed Mohamed Abdennabaoui as the First President of the Court of Cassation and, in this capacity, as the Delegated President of the Supreme Council of the Judiciary for a second term. Additionally, two new members have been welcomed into the Council: Latifa El Harradji and Nadir El Moumni.
In a significant move, His Majesty also nominated Farid El Bacha while renewing the mandates of Mohamed Zouak and Mohamed Ennasser for another term. These appointments fall under the constitutional authority of the King, reinforcing the stability and continuity of the judicial system.
During the audience where these decisions were formalized, the newly appointed members took their oaths of office before His Majesty the King, reaffirming their commitment to uphold justice and judicial integrity.
