Mr. Mahamat Koty Abdraman has been appointed as Director of the General Directorate of User Reception Centers, taking over from First Grade Police Controller Ismail Moussa Fadoul Sawa, who has been reassigned to other duties within the security apparatus.

Administrative restructuring enhances operational efficiency

In a parallel move, Mr. Khassim Taha Bouri has been named Director of the Directorate of Administrative Affairs, Equipment, and Personnel. He succeeds Mr. Mahamoud Dakou Abdramane, who has also been transferred to a different position in the public administration.
