Chad’s Public Security Ministry has undergone significant restructuring with the appointment of two seasoned officials to high-level strategic roles. The changes reflect the government’s commitment to strengthening internal security operations.
New leadership at critical security centers
Mr. Mahamat Koty Abdraman has been appointed as Director of the General Directorate of User Reception Centers, taking over from First Grade Police Controller Ismail Moussa Fadoul Sawa, who has been reassigned to other duties within the security apparatus.
Administrative restructuring enhances operational efficiency
In a parallel move, Mr. Khassim Taha Bouri has been named Director of the Directorate of Administrative Affairs, Equipment, and Personnel. He succeeds Mr. Mahamoud Dakou Abdramane, who has also been transferred to a different position in the public administration.
