During a June 24 evaluation workshop in Kribi, stakeholders including the Board of Directors, General Assembly members, and representatives from the Bourse des Valeurs Mobilières d’Afrique Centrale (BVMAC) assessed the progress of Aéroports du Cameroun (ADC SA) toward its stock exchange debut. The session, attended by ADC’s directors and senior managers, featured detailed presentations on the listing process by Patrick MBARGA, Head of Management Control, followed by evaluations conducted by Deloitte, NYA & CO, and SDB EMERALD Securities Services.
The workshop concluded with a positive assessment from the BVMAC’s Director General, who confirmed that ADC SA has met all prerequisites for a premium listing. At this stage, the company is fully prepared for the next phase of its market debut.
