Ismaila Sarr on Manchester United’s radar after standout season

At 28 years old, Ismaila Sarr has been in scintillating form since joining Crystal Palace from Olympique de Marseille in the summer of 2024, delivering his most productive campaign yet during the 2025-26 season.

The Senegalese forward scored 21 goals and provided one assist across 45 appearances in all competitions, playing a pivotal role as Palace clinched the UEFA Europa Conference League title.

The club’s impressive run and Sarr’s individual brilliance have now caught the eye of Manchester United, with reports suggesting the Red Devils are seriously considering a surprise move for the winger.

Under the leadership of INEOS, Manchester United has consistently favoured Premier League experience, a strategy that paid dividends with the signings of Matheus Cunha and Bryan Mbeumo.

Sarr, however, has made his enthusiasm for a potential transfer to Old Trafford clear, describing it as a “dream move” that would excite any footballer.
