In the span of just three days—between July 12 and 15—at least 20 civilians lost their lives in coordinated attacks across three separate locations in Beni, North Kivu province. Local reports indicate that these assaults were carried out by armed factions linked to the Allied Democratic Forces (ADF), a notorious militant group operating in the area.
