On the afternoon of Sunday, May 24, 2026, in Baga-Sola, the Coordination of Youth Associations of Lac (CADELAC) extended its direct support to the Defense and Security Forces (FDS), who are bravely confronting Boko Haram on the front lines.

Addressing local authorities, CADELAC coordinator Mahamat Adam Moustapha began by offering heartfelt condolences to families affected by the recent tragic attacks in Barka Tollorom. He then commended the FDS for their profound sacrifices in safeguarding peace and stability, reiterating the unwavering commitment of the region’s youth to civic vigilance and community-wide mobilization efforts.

In a humble yet deeply meaningful gesture, CADELAC presented five 50kg bags of rice and ten cartons of pasta. This action, as highlighted by the coordinator, underscores the resolve of a resilient youth population dedicated to bolstering the security forces operating within Lac province.
