Colonel Michaël Randrianirina attended this momentous occasion at the invitation of Marshal Idriss Mahamat, the President of Chad, where he also met General Horta N’Tam, President of Guinea-Bissau. The Malagasy leader characterized these high-level interactions as an invaluable opportunity to “fortify intra-African cooperation.” He further revealed that the Chadian President expressed a keen interest in visiting Madagascar to explore and pinpoint specific avenues for collaboration between the two nations.
