The Gabonese government has taken a significant step towards strengthening its economic development by engaging in a new program with the International Monetary Fund (IMF). The vice-president of the government, Hermann Immongault, received a mission led by Régis Olivier N’Sondé, administrator of the institution of Bretton Woods, on July 23rd at Libreville. The meeting aimed to define the framework for a new cooperation finance program, with a target signature date of December 2026.
