The Prime Minister of Algeria, Mr. Sifi Ghrieb, arrived in Niamey, Niger’s capital, this Wednesday, to officially launch the ‘Solidarité’ power plant and mark its operational debut.

This event is part of a broader official visit to Niger, mandated by President Abdelmadjid Tebboune.

During this visit, the Algerian Prime Minister was accompanied by the Minister of Energy and Renewable Energies, Mr. Mourad Adjal, and the Director-General of Algeria’s Agency for International Cooperation in Solidarity and Development, Mr. Abed Halouz.
