Gabriel Moscardo could also be among the players departing Paris Saint-Germain in the near future. The 20-year-old midfielder, acquired for €20M in January 2024, spent the 2024-2025 season on loan at Stade de Reims and the subsequent season at Braga. Under contract with PSG until June 2028, a potential loan spell with Espanyol Barcelona has been widely discussed. Sources close to the negotiations indicate a strong likelihood of this operation being finalized, suggesting the move is indeed progressing.

Moscardo’s stated desire to remain with Paris Saint-Germain

Despite the ongoing transfer discussions, Gabriel Moscardo had previously expressed his strong desire to return to Paris Saint-Germain in April. He has yet to make an official appearance for the club. “We haven’t discussed next season yet,” he stated. “My agent, in agreement with PSG’s management, will decide what is best for me. We will revisit this once the season concludes. Naturally, I wish to stay at Paris Saint-Germain, to participate in the pre-season preparations, as I believe this is where I belong and need to be.
