The PASTEF-Les Patriotes party has successfully wrapped up an impactful two-day political engagement across the Jolof region. This extensive tour, which traversed all 19 communes within the Linguère department—from Dahra to Barkédji, encompassing key areas like Sagatta and Yang-Yang—saw the active participation of party leader Ousmane Sonko, alongside Minister of State Habib Sy, numerous national executives, and allied coalition members.
The itinerary featured crucial meetings with local religious and traditional authorities, complementing interactions with the party’s grassroots structures, including youth movements, women’s groups, and professional cadres.
