A memo from the National Secretariat for Training, overseen by Malick Sy, indicates that the updated organizational chart aims to meet the demands of expanding membership, providing robust supervision, and professionalizing militant education. The reorganization adopts a functional, territorial, and thematic methodology, intended to streamline training activities both nationally and internationally.
